'Making the dough: 1. Maida(all purpose flour) : 2 cups 2. Salt : According to taste 3. Refined oil : 3 tbsp Add little water step by step, try to make a soft dough. Now take little oil in hand and oil the upper surface of the dough, cover it and keep aside for half an hour. Make the stuffing: 1. Chopped boneless chicken 2. Refined oil : 3 tbsp 3. Medium sized sliced onion : 2 nos 4. Ginger garlic paste : 2 tbsp 5. Chopped green chilli : 3 nos 6. Salt : According to taste 7. Turmeric powder : 1/4 tsp 8. Cumin seed powder : 1/2 tsp 9. Red chilli powder : 1 tsp 10. garam masala : 1/2 tsp Process: Take boneless chicken and chop them into small pieces. Take a karai(frying pan), add 3 tbsp refined oil, add two medium sized sliced onion, fry them in medium flame for 1 and 1/2 minutes, after that add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 3 chopped green chilli and fry them till the smell of ginger and garlic disappear, now add the chicken pieces, add salt according to taste, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp cumin seed powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala powder, fry them around 5 minutes, open the cover and add 3 tbsp water, cover it and let it boil for another 5 to 7 minutes. Let it cool in a separate bowl. Now take small bowl, add one egg, add little chopped onion, little chopped green chilli, little coriander leaves, mix it well, add 1 tbsp chopped chicken , little salt, add little roasted ground nut, add 1 tsp bread crumb. Mix them well. Stuff for one porota is ready. Make the above same stuff for each single porota. Now make small balls from the maida dough, make the porota, using the above stuff and fry them one by one.'
