'Stuffing: 240 g (or a bunch) of selah leaves (or any greenery) 2 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tbsp. Sumac 1 medium onion 1 tsp. salt a pinch of black pepper 1 tsp. allspice or sweetspice 3 tbsp. Olive oil half of the medium size of lemon *MARINATE in 30 Minutes* _______________________________ Dough ingredients: 2 cups of plain flour 1/2 cooking oil 1/2 water 1 tbsp. sugar * let it rest in 30 minutes * Some people like fresh greenery no need to boil, but for me I prefer to boil then strain and squeeze because when you put all the ingredients it drunks all the juices that gives a nicer taste. Also you can freeze to reserved,put it in a flat tray that fit into your refrigerator then when its frozen already transfer in a bag by dozen.
