'My Favorite Food in Yangon, Myanmar 2016'

'Burmese food at its finest. This is a typical Burmese rice lunch set at Aun Thu Kha Restaurant. During the frantic lunch rush you should just sit down and order from a menu. it is more quiet, then coming directly up to the food prep station and ordering might be a better option because you can view your food. The traditionally cooked proteins were all excellent. None were too salty, which tends to happen in rice based dishes. Burmese flavors are very mild and nothing too extreme, which is what I generally prefer. My favorite dishes were the prawns and the brain... yes... brain.s Make it a point to try a Burmese rice lunch when you\'re in Myanmar.
