'Foods for your lungs, breathe better.  Toxic air and a poor way of life affect your lungs. And this leads to complications in breathing and numerous respiratory illness. So, you have to be on high alert and take care   of your lungs by consuming healthy foods that will promote the health of your lungs and   following a healthy lifestyle. Here are the top foods that will promote the health of your   lungs;  1. Green Tea. They are rich in chlorophyll that   cleans and builds blood, and full of some very effective antioxidants.  5. Pomegranates.  Pomegranate juice slows the growth of lung tumours. Pomegranates contain many   antioxidants including ellagic acid, which is gaining strides in cancer research.  6. Salmon. The omega-3 fatty acids found in fish like salmon are an antioxidant powerhouse that helps   reduce inflammation in the lungs and may also fight bacteria. Omega-3 may help reduce   inflammation and fight off a common bacterial infection found in people living with lung   disease.  7. Ginger.
