'Spaghetti Pucks using homemade molds - In a Harvest Right freeze dryer.'

06:29 Oct 9, 2021
'Many of us have tried freeze dried spaghetti from Mountain House. It\'s pretty good. But the noodles are broken into really small pieces so it packs in a #10 can or pouch. I wanted to preserve the shape of my home made and freeze dried spaghetti and increase the density in my own #10 cans. I looked high and low for off the shelf molds in the right size. Adjustable cake molds were too big even in the smallest setting (6\" to 12\" adjustment). Other molds I found were too small (about 4\"). I needed something around 5.5\" So I ended up making my own. And they worked out great! For more information on Home Freeze Drying, please visit out site at: https://theepicenter.com/food-storage/home-food-storage.html'
