'Each tray has one small pineapple sliced and cut in pieces. I pre froze the pieces on cookie sheets lined with silicone baking mats which makes it much easier to remove from the pans. The fruit tends to stick to the stainless steel HR trays if you do not line them with parchment paper. I set the freeze time for 1.5 hrs and added 2 hours to the preset dry time.
