'19 Year Old Bodybuilder Tries The Fitness PACER Test (Beep Test) Without Practice'

'The fitnessgram pacer test or beep test is one of the more grueling cardiovascular running tests out there. It tests your endurance, your vo2 max, your oxygen efficiency, and basically just how much you’re willing to push yourself. Many bodybuilders on YouTube have taken the beep test or fitnessgram pacer test, and I figured I would also give it a shot after 7 or 8 years with no practice. The beep test or fitnessgram pacer test is quite intense, and yet, we’re still out here getting it in and holding ourselves accountable for the work we put in. Even though the beep test or fitnessgram pacer test  is quite an intense cardiovascular test, this didn’t even feel like work to me. It was a lot of fun. The running, the filming, the new challenge, hanging with my dad, was just a blast. I love new challenges, and the beep test or fitnessgram pacer test is no exception to that statement. Whether we’re running and taking on a new challenge, or trying to get that new PR, the fitnessgram pacer test or beep test is a challenge you want to take if you want to better yourself.
