'AIR FRYER BURRO BANANA FRIES

In todays video, we are going to be making Burro Banana Fries.... again Lol. But this time we’re going to be using an air fryer to make a healthier version and reduce the amount of oil used. I definitely think oil is overused in the Alkaline community, so I thought this would be a beneficial video to some.   Link to Air Fryer: https://amzn.to/324zNrx Link to my Amazon Store: https://www.amazon.com/shop/healthyashh  Here is the recipe:  1. Start with 4 medium sized burro bananas 2. Cut off the stems 3. Slice down the middle of each banana  4. Peel off outer peeling and discard 5. Cut banana halves into appropriate sizes. Fry size will depend on your preference. I prefer medium to thick sized fries, so I get about 4-5 fries per banana half. 6. After all fries are cut, load them into the fryer basket 7. Insert basket into air fryer  8. Cook for 20-25 mins on 350 degrees 9. At the halfway cook point (10 mins), remove fryer basket and shake fries vigorously. We want all sides to cook evenly, so flip to the unbrowned side. Place back in fryer to complete cooking cycle. 10. I realized after I filmed this video that it might actually be best to add the oil and seasonings before cooking the fries. But I added the oil and seasonings after; just do what you feel is best.    If you have any questions, please leave them down below; I will be happy to answer.
