Thai halal food is expected to be instrumental in accessing the Muslim food industry. Our own Dhra Dhirakaosal had the opportunity to speak with Dr. Winai Dahlan,  Founding Director of the Halal Science Center at Chulalongkorn University,  about Thailand penetrating Middle East markets  through cooperation with Saudi Arabia’s Chamber of Commerce.'
