'#MentalHealth #JunkFood According to an older study published in Science Direct, regular consumption of processed food impaired memory function among older adults. In order to retrieve this neurological impairment, researchers from Ohio State University conducted a study to understand the mechanisms behind the neurological effects of processed diets and whether omega-3 supplementation could improve these effects. The researchers obtained 3 to 24-month-old rats for the research. Their regular diet included 63.3% refined carbohydrates, or a processed food diet and omega 3 supplements for 28 days The analysis revealed that the rats that ate a processed food diet alone had significantly higher inflammatory gene expression than those that consumed an alternative diet with omega 3 supplementation. The researchers also added that DHA supplements do not necessarily offset the negative effects of highly refined foods and that people should focus on overall diet improvement by increasing complex carbohydrate and fiber intake. क्या आप करना चाहेंगे गोलगप्पे के साथ एक्सपेरिमेंट? ट्राई कीजिए पाइनऐपल पानी पूरी https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OXKy6ZDcckA Carbs: Evil villain or misunderstood vigilante? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q0lA0twyO94 #JunkFood #Omega3 #FattyAcids #Health #HealthyEating #HealthyLiving #Food #ItalianFood #ChineseFood #StreetFood #Diabetes #Cholestrol #Protein #News #FoodBlogger For more videos, subscribe to our channel: www.youtube.com/c/editorji Check out the editorji website for more news: www.editorji.com To stay updated, download the editorji App: www.editorji.com/download Follow editorji here: Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/editorjitech/ Twitter: https://twitter.com/editorji Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/editor_ji/?hl=en Telegram: https://t.me/editorji --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------'
