VEGAN TACOS Location: Por Siempre Vegana Taqueria This street food taco cart does only vegan tacos! Which is a rarity in Mexico. They have amazing Oyster Mushroom tacos and grilled onion tacos with various salsas. Head to this place if you are on an evening stroll in Roma Norte 2. Tacos de Pollo Location: Taqueria Los Parados This taqueria chain is all around Mexico City and they do amazing Chicken tacos and also an amazing vegetarian Poblano Cheese taco. 3. Tacos de Carnitas, Surtido Tacos with any bits of pork. This is not you usual Carnitas taco which is for children and tourists. This is the one which the locals eat! More the crazier the meat the more badass you are. 4. Tacos Campechanos Beef tacos with longaniza which is pork sausage. Dip the tortilla in the slow cooked fast add some onions and you are good to go! 5. Tacos Al Pastor Location: El Vilsito This is THE MEXICO CITY TACO. The pork is marinated in a chipotle sauce, stacked up and layered like a Shawarma grill. Add some pineapple, onions and cilantro, you are in heaven. This place, El Vilsito is a car mechanic shop by day and a taco place by night! :O 6. Tacos Los Cohinada Tacos with pork belly + bits of charred leftovers at the bottom of the grill! This is a must have! 7. Northern Mexico Style Tacos Location: Taqueria Orinoco These tacos are made with wheat flour and have chicharron in them. This late night taqueria has a modern take on tacos and is very popular with the locals ABOUT SECOND BREAKFAST We are Ruchi and Avi, from India.
