Subscribe for new episodes every Wednesday! https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCH0nW7Z_xsKQmVL1rml36Vg?sub_confirmation=1 Recipe: • 1 pound 80/20 ground beef • Kraft packaged single slice American Cheese • Brioche buns • Sliced red onion • Sliced tomato • Bibb lettuce Styling Tips • Beef with a higher fat content photographs better; place a thumb print in the middle of the patty to prevent it becoming a hockey puck • Cook the patty on a griddle or non stick pan • Sear top, bottom and sides for even color. Don’t cook through to allow for a pink interior. • Build the burger with the lettuce on bottom to catch grease • Use packaged cheese because it melts better. Use hot water to melt the sides of the cheese for a pretty “melty” look. • Spray a brush with vegetable oil and apply to patty to keep it shiny • Spray the tomato, onion and lettuce with water to keep fresh • Use a brioche bun because it is perky and has a pretty sheen. • • • Look for even sides and use the prettiest side of the bun to face camera.
