'A&Z #753 - Atlas vs Taqueros\' Deep Dish Enchilada \"Chupacabra\" Mexican Food Challenge at Taqueros Mexican Restaurant in San Juan Capistrano, California. On June 5, 2019, I began my 2019 Summer Adventures and stop #6 was the Southern California area so I could take on a few delicious food challenges all around Los Angeles and San Diego. For challenge #6, I attempted the delicious deep dish enchilada \"Chupacabra\" Mexican food challenge at Taqueros Mexican Restaurant in San Juan Capistrano, California. I had 30 short minutes to finish this deep dish meal that weighed 6lbs and was filled with rice, beans, beef, chicken, guacamole, lettuce, sauces, and more, all on top of a corn tortilla. But at Taqueros, the Chupacabra is just a really massive enchilada! Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to finish the whole plate with the 6 pound enchilada, as well as the beans and rice on the side. You have to finish it in 30 minutes and you cannot get up or use the restroom. If you lose, you must pay $30 for the enchilada. If you win, you get the meal free, a sweet t-shirt, and a Taqueros VIP Card – good for one free taco at every visit, for a year!! You also win eternal glory as a Chupacabra Champion!!
