'We freeze dried some leftover Chinese Food from one of our favorite local restaurants called \"Ocean Garden\" (in Springfield, Oregon).  We freeze dried a few of our favorite dishes: Green Bean Chicken, Pork Egg Foo Yung, Special Lo Mein, Asparagus Shrimp, standard fried rice, and steamed white rice.   For lunch today, we reconstituted and tried the Green Bean Chicken and Fried Rice. We have not tried the others yet but, based on how the lunch went today, we are sure they will be great too!
