'Here\'s just an example of what I eat on a typically day! I don\'t meal prep so every day is different for me but I thought I\'d so you so that you can see exactly how I\'m getting back on track in the New Year. I hope this gives you a few ideas of what you can eat whilst losing some fat. As always, even though I\'m dieting I make sure that none of my meals are too small or bland and that I\'m eating enough to keep me from getting tired during my workouts (: Let me know if you want to see any recipes!
