'Welcome back to another What I Eat In A Day To Lose Weight. I\'m Intermittent Fasting and I\'m walking 20,000 Steps. What you just seen is my early morning walk. I walked downtown Richmond, Virginia. I started at about 8 and I ended around 11 o\'clock. I don\'t start eating until 12 o\'clock. I gave myself a challenge to walk 20,000 steps for 5 days and this is the last and final day (for now). I\'m going to do it all over again next week. This morning I started my day with regular black coffee and I\'ve been drinking water. I haven\'t had any creamer in my coffee. I\'m trying to get to onederland. I\'m going to get to onederland. Look for the results video of the 20,000 steps for 5 days tomorrow. I\'m still cutting calories. I\'m still cutting back. I\'m not cutting too much but I\'m cutting calories.   *A good tip if you want to do 20,000 steps is to break it up. You don\'t have to do it all at one time.*     Follow me:
