'Apologies, it\'s something usually I avoid - but on this occasion there was too much copyrighted music playing in the background, that\'s the reason I\'ve had to use copyright free music on this occasion. Watch as the chef rolls out the sweet dough. It\'s then coiled into a thin ribbon of pastry around a rolling pin and then basted with melted butter. It is then roasted over a BBQ charcoal grill until it’s golden and crisp. This East European spiral-shaped sweet treat (also known as chimney cake) is called Kurtosh or Kürtőskalács. During the cooking process, the sugar on Kurtosh’s surface caramelises, forming a deliciously sweet crust. Once it\'s cooked and whilst it’s still piping hot; it can be topped with yummy toppings such as cinnamon, chopped walnuts, chocolate sprinkles, or Nutella spread. The result sweet cake is crispy on the outside and the fluffy, on the inside. This is a traditional technique of baking which has been passed down from past generations.'See also:
