'This is how I do my muttai Poriyal, find below my recipe: For this I’ve used approx 2 medium eggs Pinch of turmeric powder 1/4 tsp crushed black pepper 1 green chilli (chopped) 1/2 onion (diced) 2-3 curry leaves (coarsely chopped) 1 tbsp oil Salt to taste 1) Add your onions, chilli, curry leaves into a bowl 2) Add your cracked eggs into the bowl 3) Add turmeric powder, black pepper and salt 4) Whisk together until all combined 5) Heat the oil in a pan on a low-medium heat 6) Pour your egg mixture You can add chilli flakes or curry powder if you like it extra spicy!!!
