'SRI LANKAN FRESH MANGO PICKLE STREET FOOD VEGAN'

'#Srilankanmangopickle #srilankanfood #ambaachcharu #srilankanstreetfood #aasairasai  Sri Lankan Mango Pickle by Aasai Rasai  1 semi-ripe mango  1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 1/2 teaspoon paprika or chili powder A pinch of dry chili flakes 3-4 tablespoons vinegar (any type) A pinch of salt (adjust to balance to your taste) 3/4 teaspoon sugar (brown sugar highly recommended)  Mix the spices, sugar, salt and vinegar in a bowl and mix until sugar has completely dissolved. Set aside for 5 minutes.  Wash, peel and cut the mango into chunks. Discard seed.  Add the spice mixture into the mango chunks. Mix gently to evenly coat all the pieces. Enjoy!
