No worries, Visit Mumbai Kitchen for such street food recipes made in easy way and thinga available easily at home  Famous Street food Mysore Masala Dosa | मैसूर मसाला | Special Chutney recipe | Mumbai Kitchen  #mysoremasaladosa #mysorechutney #mumbaikitchen  For Aloo sabji Visit following link https://youtu.be/AqdEOSIiG38  For Dosa Batter  Ingredients  Regular Rice- 2 cup Urad Dal/Split lentil-1/2 cup Chana Dal- 2 tbsp Poha/chhirwa/chuda/beaten rice- 1/4 cup Methi daana/Fenugreek Seeds- 1 tsp salt as per need   Process 1.wash and soak rice, dals & methi dana for 4 hours 2. after 4-5 hrs add it to mixer / grinder, Add poha in it (No need to wash poha), grind to smooth paste 3. keep aside to ferment for 8 hrs or overnight 4. mix gently after 8 hrs 5. take required quantity, add salt & batter is ready to use 6.
