'How To Make An Ultralight Freeze-Dried Food Re-hydration Pouch'

'This pouch comes in handy when preparing freeze-dried food on hikes. It is designed to help the food re-hydrate faster and stay warm longer. It also works to store foods and keep them fresh while hiking. I based the size of the pouch off of the Mountain House 2.5 serving bag, which is probably one of the larger freeze-dried food bags, but it will work for anything smaller as well. The pouch itself weighs less than a pound since Reflectix is a very lightweight material.
