'We used some Top Round that was tenderized and freeze dried 6 months ago to make Chicken Fried Steak for y\'all! Jenny suggested a little twist, and that was to use BEER to rehydrate the meat! Janet suggested using Coors Light - so that\'s what we did. My Heineken thankfully survived this experiment, but that would have totally worked too! The idea of using crushed saltine crackers came from a fun video I ran across on the \"Hilah Cooking\" channel.
