'In this video, we made a batch of Cioppino, specifically to freeze dry. One of our YouTube channel subscribers, Bryan (who is also an Epicenter customer) was in town with his friend Levi, and we decided to cook up a dish specifically for the channel, and we freeze dried it! We purchased the seafood from Fisherman’s Market in Eugene, Oregon (http://eugenefishmarket.com/) and bought several items from Bruns’ Apple Market which is right across the street from the fish market (https://www.brunsapplemarket.com/). The three of us (Bryan, Levi and Bryan) all had lunch and Fisherman’s Market, which was a bad idea since we were stuffed after lunch! So when we tried the Cioppino, none of us were hungry. However, more than a month later the crew tried out the freeze dried version and ... Oh my... We all LOVED IT! In the final taste test we had a special guest join us - Patrick, who is a baker from across the street. His company is called \"My Mom\'s Kitchen\" (https://www.facebook.com/MyMomsKitchenNow/) Patric brought over some special Italian Bread Balls for us to try in this video as well! The bread balls he only makes for friends and family - so this was a special treat! In the video he also explained how these balls relate to his home town in Erie, PA. We hope you guys enjoy this video, and thanks again to everyone involved... Including Brian, Levi and Patrick!
