'Burmese Pejo or Bejo,  it is a crunchy snack which is used in Burmese Mohinga and Atho. This is also very popular in Chennai Burma Bazar as street food.  Pejo recipe Ingredients:  1 cup of rice flour  ½ cup soaked split chickpea (Kadalai Paruppu) Salt required amount Please note: Chickpea paste is completely optional: we can add 1 or 2 teaspoons. Too much chickpea paste will make the Bejo soggy. I forgot to mention this in the video.
