'Here we freeze dried 5 pounds of Cottage Cheese. The cottage cheese filled 2 1/2 trays, and the rest of the tray space was filled with diced peaches. The cottage cheese was great! It took a bit longer to reconstitute than we expected since we used cold water. Like usual we couldn\'t wait and what we tried on camera was still a bit crunchy but yummy.
