'Pork Barbecue (Filipino Style) LIST OF INGREDIENTS: 2 lbs Pork Butt, cut thinly sliced 2 lbs Pork Intestine 2 lbs Pork Ears Barbecue Marinade (for 2 lbs/1 kilo meat) ½ cup Soy sauce ½ cup Banana ketchup ¼ cup Oyster sauce 1 tsp. Garlic powder ¼ cup Seasoning ¼ cup Brown Sugar 1 tsp. Black Pepper ¼ cup Calamansi juice or lemonjuice *Barbecue Sticks *Griller Basting Sauce Banana ketchup Soy sauce Calamansi or lemon Seasoning Cooking oil COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Mix all the marinade ingredients in a large bowl 2. Add the pork and marinate overnight for best results 3. Carefully put on sticks. Put sticks on water to prevent the barbecuesticks from getting burn easily 4. Cook 3 minutes per side and baste from time to time 5. Cook until you reached your desired doneness 6.
