'✓ We have until now not seen Sri Lankan Hoppers being served up on the streets of London, we\'ve heard that they are very hard to make. We have occasionally seen them on the menu in Sri Lankan restaurants on Ealing Road in Wembley but haven\'t as yet seen anyone making them on the streets of London, so it\'s a real treat to come across these ladies making the hoppers fresh to order. If you fancy making hoppers at home, here\'s a link to the Hop & Roll \"Hopper Making Kits\": https://hopandroll.myshopify.com/collections Here\'s tags to Hop & Roll\'s various social media pages: Instagram: @hop_roll Facebook: @rosholivelle Twitter: ???? Devilled potatoes are spiced Mashed Potato Once the hopper is made its served with a coconut Sambal, a Tamarind sauce and a Tomato, Onion & Tamarind Relish. Made differently to a Masala Dosa, instead of a griddle, mini bowl shaped pans are used The Hop & Roll team are \"street food troubadours\" so if you want to know where they will be next, look out for messages of their schedule on their social media pages or you could message them via their various social media pages: Here\'s tags to Hop & Roll\'s various social media pages: Instagram: @hop_roll Facebook: @rosholivelle Twitter: ???? A special thank you to Rosh & all of the Hop & Roll team who very much welcomed us and graciously allowed us a privileged glimpse into their street kitchen to do the videoing even though they were extraordinarily busy. This video was recorded on Wednesday 6th November 2019 at the \"Weekly Kings Cross Wednesday Food Market\" Granary Square, (located very close to the Camden Regents Canal).'
