'Indian / Turkish Fusion Street Food wraps at Roti Roll stall in Sunday UpMarket, Brick Lane, London.'

'Amongst the many street food stalls at the Sunday UpMarket (based in the old Truman Brewery building) there\'s an intriguing & fascinating stall which has ingeniously merged Mediterranean & Indian cuisine to create delicious \"Turkish-Indian Fusion\" food - it\'s a combination which is a pleasant surprise and really does work well. For £5.00, we had the Chilli Cheese Paratha/Roti filled with Paneer Masala, spiced Masala Potato with Spinach & Chickpea Masala, Salad & Yoghurt Garlic sauce offered with a choice of three homemade pickles (we definitely recommend the sweet mango pickle). The idea has perhaps always been around (but never yet seen until now) because of the wide spread influence of the centuries old spice trail which extended (& extends) from India to the Middle East.........and beyond. We can\'t wait to visit these guys again !!! The \"UpMarket indoor market operates on Sundays only and is located in the old Truman Brewery building on Brick Lane. A special thank you to (Indian) Mona and (Turkish) Tamercan who welcomed us to do the videoing and graciously allowed us a privileged glimpse into how they serve up their magical food. Video recorded on Sunday 25th January 2015'
