'Sri Lankan Food - Roti with Coconut Sambol (Pol Roti) - Food from my travels  In this video I make one of my favorite dishes from my trip to Sri Lanka. Pol Roti or Roti with Coconut Sambol.  A few years ago I visited Sri Lanka. This country has beautiful nature, a rich culture, very sweet people and delicious food. One of the dishes I often ate was Roti with Coconut Sambol. I ate it as a lunch on the go or as a snack in between. I thought it would be a nice idea to try to make this dish.
