'Khasi ko Fokso or Mutton Lungs Fry  is one of the most popular foods in Kathmandu especially in Newar culture. The goat lung is first  filled with batter and then boiled, sliced and fried. Mutton Fried   First the lungs are cleaned several times with a  batter of flour and water.  Then they are boiled for several minutes. Later they are cut into pieces and marinated with spices.
