So meat is a thing in Nigeria, not just the regular beef but all sorts, anything fleshy [not humans tho]. According to Chef Kd Prime, we love meat in Nigeria, we are meat people. So for this project, i looked for one of the best places to have the strangest meat anyone would have, S o i headed to Epe community on the outskirt of Lagos. I saw ALOT from snakes to tortoise, to porcupine to several animal testicles! i mean the people of Epe, Lagos actually break the shell of a tortoise to get the tiny flesh in it [how desperate] lol not judging tho, it was an amazing experience. You will get the best of weird food network in this part of Nigeria, here you find chefs from all over Lagos, coming to price and look for the best sea animal for their dishes A dish like crocodile pepper soup is made with several food spices. The most intriguing part of the adventure was discovering that women are actually the one who kill these crocodile while the men are to roast them. So the dish I had was crocodile pepper soup which killed and roasted.'
