'PLUS SIZE RUNNING + ARM & BACK GYM WORKOUT | I am scared to run'

'I ATTEMPTED RUNNING AS A PLUS SIZE GIRL. PLUS SIZE GYM ROUTINE. WORKOUTS I DO AS A PLUS SIZE GIRL. I find that gym workouts help me get the best results. I usually workout 3-4 times a week for 45 minutes-1 hour. Heyyyy! I am Deja. Come to the gym with me and see what workouts I did to lose weight and define my curves. I lost over 70 lbs from working out at the gym, and I am on my journey to lose more weight and wanted to bring you guys along with me.   I am on the road to 400 subs. Thank you everyone for the support.   Welcome to my plus size fitness series. I am starting my series at 217 lbs. I would like to bring you guys on my journey to lose my last 25 lbs.
