Tai Chi is an internal martial art that involves slow movement and presence. Many studies have been done showing the benefits of Tai Chi. Some benefits include stress and fall risk reduction. The two types of movement that are involved in Tai Chi are the outer and internal movements. Tai Chi integrates both the physical and internal and that makes it unique.
