'yesterday i ran for life. to increase your mindset on a 40 mile run is extremely challenging. on my run i watched several individuals start and finish before my end time. i also watched the employees at planet fitness watch me on my 9mph run! it isn’t fun, it is not some cool thing i like to do, nor do i recommend even running. BUT, one thing is for sure! running to the point of being “zoned out” is how you build upon your brain, mental health, & body fitness
