Initially I got into this eating lifestyle to help heal my constant vertigo. Earlier this year, my brother shared this to me and he was already having great results in just a few months and thought that I should try it to help with my vertigo. After 4 months I’ve had great results - not only it is helping me get rid of vertigo, it has also allowed me to lose weight naturally and has helped me sleep better, feel less stress and overall very positive results. Whilst food buying and prepping was difficult in the first 2 months, I have now managed to set up my life with this new lifestyle and plan to keep going. I am not 100% into it as I still eat the old way when I am with other people. Otherwise, on my own I have a controlled environment and that I am able to eat 100% alkaline vegan and Dr Sebi approved food.
