'Chennai Tamil Nadu is most popular biryani destination of South India after Hyderabad. I enjoyed Biryani at Yaa Mahaideen Biryani which is featured in Episode 1: https://goo.gl/rvzxwd  In this episode i explored biryani at Dindigul they use seeraga samba rice, then i visited a very popular street food joint by the name sundari akka. They set up their seafood stall at Marina beach.  Details of non veg food joints visited by me in thie video is given below:  Day 3:  Dindigul Thalappakatti Restaurant  USP: They use seeraga samba rice, this is more than 50 year old chain, they started making biryani at Dindigul and then expanded to other areas of South India.  Chicken Biryani Rs. 218 for one portion Address: New No.2, Old No.1, Venu Reddy Street, Guindy, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600016 Location: https://goo.gl/1821U8    Day 4:  Sundari Akka Kadai: This stall gained popularity in last 2 years because of its mouth watering taste of fish curry. I enjoyed it with prawns.   USP: Live cooking at Marina beach. Best time to visit: Evening, while they set up their stall at 12 noon and continue till 9 pm.  Fish Curry with Prawns Rs. 100 Address: Marina Beach, Triplicane, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600005 Location: https://goo.gl/q5NHci  Day 5:  Rajamani Hotel: This is a hidden gem of Chennai, which i had to virtually search.   If you visit Chennai then Kothu parotta is must have food, you may also enjoy it with chicken and mutton. It is nice to see it being cooked on Tawa.  USP: Live cooking of Kothu parotta in Tawa, plus budget hotel. On flip side: its not a clean place to sit, if you are looking at some place as more hygienice i would suggest you to have kothu parotta at some other place.
