'Everybody asks me the same question,  how  to get  lovely  looking  glowing skin this festive  season. As we all know we  want to  look our  best. The first thing that makes an impression on anybody  is how  my skin  looks.  Is it looking healthy, is it looking hydrated and is it looking clear. So  let   us  look at  all the  thing s that make  the  skin look  fresh and  glowy  this season. First  I  said  healthy and hydrated, make sure you  get your 10 glasses  of water and make sure  you  avoid  dehydrating  drinks  especially  coffee,  tea  high  sugar  containing  fruit  juices as  well as  alcoholic beverages,  and the lesser you  consume of  this and  the more  you  consume of water,  your  skin   looks  more  hydrated.  Another  thing we  usually miss  out  is  the  amount of salt  that we  consume  in our  diet.  It  can suddenly creep in with salty snacks being consumed and  chips  being   consumed so make sure  you  keep the  salt  intake to the minimum  and hydrate  your  skin.  How can it look lit up like it is glowing from the  dim.  The foods which contain these are  containing vitamin  called as  glutathione, glutathione  is  naturally   found in walnuts, tomatoes and avocadoes.  Eat more   of these foods to make your skin look good.
