You can find a Spitter by using the seed \"7777\" and you need to locate Durano Lake which is North West of the Spawn/Village, you need to feed it a Water Ice to tame it, Water Ice can be dropped by Alpacas, Bats, Biters, Bunnies, Cows, Flys, Insect Gaurds, Lemon Beetles, Moles and even Spitters themselves.
